Schleuniger AG in Thun intends to expand their existing facility with a single-story production hall and a new enclosed entrance leading to both buildings. Operations in the new production hall are planned to come on line mid 2016.

After exploring different contracting options, we were commissioned to manage the tendering process and initiate contract negotiations with the general contractor. The aim was to identify the optimal partner for a rapid and cost-effective construction of the new facility.
