Lucerne’s northern agglomeration is undergoing significant and dynamic development. Redesigning the traffic routes in the area Emmenbrücke train station – Seetalplatz – Reussbühl has created a more efficient traffic flow while remodeling the landscape with new bridges, underpasses, roads and squares. The complexity of the Seetalplatz as a local, regional and nationwide traffic hub demands meticulous planning and constant supervision of the construction work in conjunction with the traffic flow. An additional challenge is the coordination with the two adjacent projects “Hochwasserschutz” (flood protection) and “Masterplan Lucerne North”. |
