To accommodate the increasingly strict legislative requirements, the current user requirements, and the rising number of employees at the KKL Nuclear power plant in Leibstadt, a new office and restaurant building was needed. The building includes training rooms, a personnel restaurant on two floors, a reception area as well as open-plan offices. The main challenges lay in the close coordination with the daily operations of the nuclear power plant, the high security and building requirements as well as the complex internal and official approval processes. We managed the project for the client and reported to the CEO and Board of the KKL in regular intervals. |
