Private zoning plan and preliminary project Inter-Community School

On the campus of the Inter-Community School Zurich in Zumikon, a new building for school and sports facilities as well as further additions to the existing buildings and the surrounding area are in the planning stage. hmb partners is assisting the client with this complex porject and is managing both the development of the buildings and the preparation of the legal basis. In December, the revisted private zoning plan was submitted to the municipality and the canton. At the same time, the international architects team around Jonathan Holland Architects (UK) and Käferstein & Meister Architekten (Zurich) presented the preliminary project to the client. We are pleased to be able to contribute our expertise to the development of innovative school buildings.
