Groundbreaking Ceremony at Rösslimatt, Lucerne

On September 7 the ground breaking ceremony of the Rösslimatt development took place, conducted by SBB and the city of Lucernce. This ist the first step towards transforming the area, which is currently dominated by railway tracks, industry and commerce, into a nwe lively part of the city in the heart of Lucerne. The construction of the firsst two buildings on parcels A and BC thus also form the cornerstone of this emerging neighbourhood with a new identity of its own. hmb partners AG has had the privilege of accompanying development steps since 2013 and will now support the SBB during the construction of the office building on parcel BC
